1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IELTS Passport (“the Service”), available at ieltspassport.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IELTS Passport is an online IELTS preparation platform that provides sample essays, speaking practice materials, vocabulary resources, and AI-powered essay scoring. The Service is offered on a freemium basis—certain content is available for free, while premium features require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

To access premium features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, or republish content from the Service without permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our systems.
• Use the AI scoring feature to process content that is abusive, illegal, or violates third-party rights.
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service—including sample essays, study materials, scoring feedback, and design elements—is the property of IELTS Passport or its licensors. IELTS® is a registered trademark of the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, and Cambridge Assessment English. IELTS Passport is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to these organizations.

7. AI Scoring Disclaimer

The AI-powered essay scoring feature provides estimated band scores and feedback for educational purposes only. Scores are generated by a language model and may not exactly reflect official IELTS scoring criteria. They should be used as a study aid, not as an official assessment.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, inaccurate scoring, or service interruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
