Oh, all the time! To tell you the truth, in Vietnam, it's super common to sit on the floor, especially during family meals. We'd lay out a mat and everyone would kick back around the food and chat. I wouldn't fidget as a kid when sitting properly either. It was cozy and I kind of miss it, though I tend to slouch less when I'm properly engaged in conversation.
